  • Designed by Jean Prouvé in 1934, the chair continues to be on trend today. Because it has the standard features expected of a chair, its original name is Standard chair. When someone sits on the chair, their body weight presses more on the rear legs. For this reason, the rear legs are thicker, while the front legs are slimmer to support them.
  • The chair goes into production once the colour has been selected to suit the décor where it will be used.
  • The metal frame has a static paint finish. It can be painted in the required colour by selecting from the RAL chart.
  • The wood on the seat and back can be painted in the colour of your choice. This chair is also produced upholstered.
  • The sturdy product can be used for years in homes and in busy venues such as hotels, cafés, restaurants, coffee shops and steakhouses. It can also be chosen for the dining areas of offices, plazas, hospitals, clinics and factories. It can be repainted whenever required.
  • Suitable for indoor dining areas or covered outdoor dining areas.
  • Can be ordered with a seat cushion. Cushions are available in a range of colours.
