Who is responsible

What we collect

• Quote and contact forms: project type, country, approximate quantity, opening date, files you upload (drawings, BOQ, mood boards), full name, company, e-mail, WhatsApp number, message and the products you selected.
• Visit details sent with a form or a WhatsApp click: site language, page, referring site, campaign parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid) and the source of the visit (for example a trade-fair QR code).
• Customer area: a cookie that remembers that you entered the customer-area password. We do not store the password you type.

Why we use it

• To answer your quote or contact request and prepare a quote (steps prior to a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To understand which campaigns and pages bring requests, and to keep the forms free of spam (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To measure visits with Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings.

Who processes it for us

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the site for us, under contracts that oblige them to protect it:

• Vercel Inc.: hosting of the website and of uploaded files (Vercel Blob).
• Neon (database service used through Vercel): storage of form submissions.
• Resend: delivery of the e-mail that notifies our team of a new request.
• Cloudflare: invisible spam check on forms (Turnstile), when enabled.
• Google: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only with your consent; Google Maps, only when you choose to load the map.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

International transfers

Some of these providers store or process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle the request and the business relationship that may follow, and afterwards for the periods required by commercial and tax law. Analytics data is kept according to the Google Analytics retention setting.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in Türkiye, see our KVKK notice for your rights under Law No. 6698.
