Personal data processed

• Quote and contact forms: project type, country, approximate quantity, opening date, files you upload (drawings, BOQ, mood boards), full name, company, e-mail, WhatsApp number, message and the products you selected.
• Visit details sent with a form or a WhatsApp click: site language, page, referring site, campaign parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid) and the source of the visit (for example a trade-fair QR code).
• Customer area: a cookie that remembers that you entered the customer-area password. We do not store the password you type.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Answering quote and contact requests and preparing quotes: necessary for establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Keeping forms secure and measuring which campaigns bring requests: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Website analytics: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time.

Transfers

Data is transferred to the service providers that run the site, some of which are located abroad, within the limits of KVKK Articles 8 and 9:

• Vercel Inc.: hosting of the website and of uploaded files (Vercel Blob).
• Neon (database service used through Vercel): storage of form submissions.
• Resend: delivery of the e-mail that notifies our team of a new request.
• Cloudflare: invisible spam check on forms (Turnstile), when enabled.
• Google: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only with your consent; Google Maps, only when you choose to load the map.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

Method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the forms, links and cookies on marnodesign.com.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction under Article 7.
• Request that these corrections or deletions are notified to the third parties the data was transferred to.
• Object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
